In Hollywood, there is an old hotel, the Lusman Arms, which has long since fallen into disrepair. Young couple Nell and Steven do not let the building's gloomy and frightening face discourage them, but decide to move forward with their plan to renovate the house back to its former glory, and make money.

But on the floors of the Lusman Arms, behind its corners, inside the walls, under the floors, in the shadows of the stairwells and in the recesses of the rooms, there lurks something…
